Bringing A-C Electric Company’s Story to Life

A-C Electric Company is a commercial electrical contractor based in California’s Central Valley, with offices in Bakersfield, Visalia, and Fresno. They’ve been a trusted name in their region for nearly 80 years—an impressive milestone that speaks to their legacy and the impact they’ve had on their community.

Recently, they reached out to me because their online presence didn’t reflect the strength of their brand or the incredible work they do. Their main website is outdated, and their other division sites, like their talent site, feel disconnected. Their goal? A complete digital transformation to:

  • Refresh and implement their branding across a unified website
  • Create a seamless experience for clients and potential employees
  • Highlight their unique culture and legacy while setting the stage for growth

To kick things off, I was invited to visit their offices and job sites. During my visit, I captured fresh photography and videography at 10+ different job sites and offices to bring their work to life on the website. It was incredible to experience their culture firsthand—a tight-knit, passionate team working on complex and impactful projects. Seeing it all in person allowed me to truly understand who they are, what they do, and why they’re the best at it. This insight will be the foundation of their new website, making the content feel authentic and aligned with their story.

One thing that stood out during my visit was how much A-C Electric values their people. Over and over, I heard the same sentiment: the people are the lifeblood of the company. They don’t use the word family; instead, they emphasize their identity as a team—a group of professionals working toward common goals: delivering exceptional projects, building on their legacy, and growing their company. Their strong team culture shines through in everything they do, from their branded gear to their collaborative spirit, and it will play a central role in the new website.

The project is ambitious—a 20-30 page website that not only showcases their legacy but also positions them for future growth.

Projects like this are the reason I love what I do—helping companies tell their stories and amplify their impact. I can’t wait to share more as this project takes shape!
