AOG partnered with us to create a modern, clean digital presence that speaks directly to multiple audiences: experienced job seekers (domestic and international), veterans, and MRO companies.

Redesign AOG Resources’ website to reflect their new brand identity, streamline the user experience, and clearly communicate the company’s dual focus: attracting highly skilled aviation professionals and supporting MRO facilities with staffing solutions.
Visual Design
We drew from AOG’s new logo to create a website color palette consisting of sky blue, navy, gray, and white. We also selected a clean, geometric typeface to reflect the typography in the logo and offline elements of the brand identity. The website utilizes white space and streamlined, straightforward layouts to maintain a modern, approachable aesthetic that scales down perfectly on mobile devices. Subtle graphic elements, like a plane shape incorporated into page dividers and patriotic ribbons on veteran-focused pages support the polished look with a bit of unexpected delight.
Copywriting & Content Strategy
We tailored messaging and content to multiple audiences: experienced aviation job seekers (both domestic and international), veterans, and MRO companies. The copy emphasizes AOG's value as a career partner and staffing provider by highlighting deep expertise, vetted candidate quality, and international opportunities.
One of our key challenges was streamlining content for a broad audience to ensure clarity, accessibility, and translation readiness. To accomplish that, we avoided idioms or region-specific phrasing to support multilingual audiences. FAQs on each career-related page was carefully crafted for each audience segment, supporting a sense of transparency and reducing unqualified inquiries.
Technical Implementation
The website was built using WordPress, allowing us to implement the approved web design mockups and build custom job listings that integrate with their third-party ATS system. This custom job listing setup enables AOG to quickly log in to the site to update job listings, while offloading the hiring process and HR experience to an application that better supports it. But by integrating job listings directly on the website, we are able to keep visitors within a cohesive, on-brand user experience for a significant part of their user journey.
We also implemented a translation plugin with automatic browser-language detection and subdomain capabilities to enable SEO optimization for international users. Final QA and performance audits helped us ensure the website remains lightweight and optimized for mobile access, ensuring fast load times even in areas with limited connectivity or for users that are on-the-go.
